A beautiful property for walking and admiring the great view of the river. In the summer, the museum is open and there are lots of City run programs on offer. We recently attended a private group function which was run by City staff who were helpful and pleasant. The grounds are open all seasons and great for a walk or picnic. Parking on site

Large parking lot at Andrew Haydon park to hook up with the Ottawa pathway for a great hike or ride. They have restored several kilometers of the pathway that bicyclists and walkers share beside the river. Very picturesque. Restrooms are available and play structures for the kids
