Jesse Saldana

Experienced the counter for the first time. Phenomenal menu heavily influenced by Japanese flavors. A tad heavy & rich from my previous experiences but exceptionally delicious nonetheless. My only gripe, one chef at the pass kept touching his face/hair between garnishing/wiping plates.
